Digital Products: All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products that provide immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. Once you receive access to a digital product, refunds are generally not available. This policy exists because digital content can be accessed, downloaded, or consumed immediately upon delivery.

Why We Have This Policy

Unlike physical goods that can be returned in their original condition, digital products are intangible and non-returnable. Once you have access to a digital file or streaming content:

  • The content can be downloaded or viewed immediately
  • There is no way to "return" a digital file
  • The full value of the product has been delivered

This is standard practice for digital goods across the industry and helps us maintain fair pricing for all customers.

When you purchase a Dreamweaving digital product, you receive:

  • Instant Access: Immediate ability to stream or download your purchased content
  • Lifetime Access: Your purchase remains available as long as our service operates
  • Email Confirmation: A receipt with your order details

Physical Products: 30-Day Return Policy

Returns for Physical Items

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • Unopened condition: Items must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Non-Returnable Items

Digital Products: Exceptional Circumstances

While we generally do not offer refunds for digital products, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues

  • You did not receive access to your purchased content
  • Persistent technical problems prevent you from accessing your purchase
  • The product file is corrupted or damaged

In these cases, we will first attempt to resolve the technical issue. If we cannot resolve it, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us immediately. We can verify duplicate orders and process a refund for the duplicate purchase.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made using your payment method, please:
