Thank you for purchasing from Ranmon Inc. I want you to have a positive experience with my digital products. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products: All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products that provide immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. Once you receive access to a digital product, refunds are generally not available. This policy exists because digital content can be accessed, downloaded, or consumed immediately upon delivery.
Why I Have This Policy
Unlike physical goods that can be returned in their original condition, digital products are intangible and non-returnable. Once you have access to a digital file or streaming content:
- The content can be downloaded or viewed immediately
- There is no way to "return" a digital file
- The full value of the product has been delivered
This is standard practice for digital goods across the industry and helps me maintain fair pricing for all customers.
What My Products Include
When you purchase a Dreamweaving digital product, you receive:
- Instant Access: Immediate ability to stream or download your purchased content
- Lifetime Access: Your purchase remains available as long as my service operates
- Email Confirmation: A receipt with your order details
Physical Products: 30-Day Return Policy
Returns for Physical Items
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Unopened condition: Items must be in original, unopened packaging
- Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after I receive the returned item
- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product:
- Contact me within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- I will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged by the customer
- Gift cards or digital codes
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
Digital Products: Exceptional Circumstances
While I generally do not offer refunds for digital products, I understand that exceptional situations may arise. I will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
Technical Issues
- You did not receive access to your purchased content
- Persistent technical problems prevent you from accessing your purchase
- The product file is corrupted or damaged
In these cases, I will first attempt to resolve the technical issue. If I cannot resolve it, I may issue a refund at my discretion.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact me immediately. I can verify duplicate orders and process a refund for the duplicate purchase.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made using your payment method, please:
- Contact your bank or credit card company immediately

- I will investigate and cooperate with any fraud investigations

Gift Purchases
For gift purchases:
- The purchaser (gift giver) is the account holder for refund purposes
- Refund requests must come from the original purchaser
- If a gift recipient experiences technical issues, please contact me and I will work to resolve them
Chargebacks
I encourage you to contact me directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. I am committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting me may result in:
- Delay in resolving your issue
- Termination of your account
- Loss of access to purchased products

I reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
