• Delivered electronically — You will receive instant access after purchase
• For personal use — Products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use

Product Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• Immediate access to download or stream your purchased content
• Lifetime access to your purchased products (subject to our continued operation)

2b. Physical Products

In addition to digital products, we may offer physical items including books, merchandise, and other tangible goods. For physical products:

• Shipping: Physical items ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location (typically 5-7 business days for domestic, 10-21 days for international).
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount.
• Returns: Unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• International Orders: Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
