Orders are processed first come, first served and usually ship within 2-4 business days when all items are in stock.
Unopened and unaltered merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Original shipping is not refundable when applicable. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee applies to returned merchandise. Damage or missing item claims should be reported within 7 days of delivery. If an RMA is issued and we do not receive the product within 30 days, the RMA expires.
Free standard shipping is included in the Store Price for BCW-supplied products. Service is selected for the customer's delivery address and may use UPS Economy (SurePost) or Ground. PO Boxes and APO/FPO/MPO addresses are not accepted.
