Autosuggestion — Indirect and Non-Commanding
Most creators break Hill’s rules by using commands. Dreamweavings work best with permissive, observational autosuggestion that preserves agency and prevents drift.
This is where most creators accidentally produce resistance. The subconscious often rejects direct commands (“you will now…”), and drift increases when language becomes forceful. Hill-aligned autosuggestion is permissive and observational.
Don’t do this
- “You are becoming…”
- “You will now…”
- “Your mind is…”
Do this instead (Hill-aligned)
- Observational language (“some people notice…”).
- Permissive phrasing (“you might find…”).
- Conditional imagery (“as you settle, clarity can…”).
- Non-urgent tone (“nothing needs to happen now”).
