A large number of people left the city yes-
terday for the Gila to attend the old settlersβ re-
union. Among those who left, the Enterprise
noticed George D. Jones and family. Doc War-
ner and family, O. C. Hinman and family, Mrs.
O. E. Colby, Mrs. Julia Black, James Matthews
and family, Mrs. W. H. Kane, Frank Jones, Bob
Steele, C. E. Leonard, Fred Michael, SamEckles,
Jr., John Morehead, and a number of others.
All of the rigs in the city were engaged for the
occasion. The Silver City band left yesterday
afternoon.
