A STEER STAMPEDE
Captain Donaldson, of the Jim stock ranch,
David Tulloch and others had rounded up and
corralled over three hundred beeves for ship-
ment last week, the steers were being held in
two corrals at the Box ranch near Cow Springs,
when one night in the early part of this week
they stampeded, completely demplishing both
corrals. This will be a serious inconvenience to
the above named gentlemen, as their horses are
badly jaded from traveling over the muddy
plains for ten days previous.
