Notes: Sepia image of ten men pose in their fireman's uniform. Uniform style: Dark shirts with wide light colored collars and cuffs. Printed on the buttoned front piece "ROBERT," "1," "BLACK."  Each man wears a hat bearing their title. Epaulets designate officers. Image mounted on off-white matte board. Written above and below image in black ink are the men's names: Matilda Revera, Harry Whitehill, Clarence Bayne, James Shipley, "Henry Rosencrantz, Con. Whitehill, Will Orr, Morris Terndorf, Asst Chief. Right corner of matte board is stamped "Skelly's." Verso; Written in black ink "1891."
