Sec. 6 of the act authorizing the funding
of county indebtedness, provides that the com-
missioners “shall provide a book and shall
register therein, in the order in which they are
issued, the number, date and amount of each
bond so issued and the time when the same shall
become due, together with the name of the
person to whom issued, and a description of the
warrants or bonds, as the case may be, taken
up and cancelled by issuing said bond or
bonds,” etc.
