It seems that Sergeant Scott shot at Dorsey in an attempt to arrest him, which has created a good deal of comment among the soldiers. The question as to whether a soldier has the right to shoot another; al- though acting under orders, is creating dis- cussion both pro and con among the soldiers, and they want information on the subject.
