The Masonic Grand Lodge
The Masonic Grand Lodge of the territory
was called to order by Grand Master Alexander
Morehead, at Las Cruces, on Monday of last
week. Nearly all of the lodges of the territory
were represented. The total membership of the
seventeen lodges is 699 Master Masons, an in-
crease of 62 over 1888.
A most important resolution was adopted.
It sets aside all the funds of the grand lodge
remaining after expenses are paid to be known
as a charity fund and used for the relief of indi-
gent Masons and their families.
On the second day the following grand offi-
cers were elected and installed:
