James Moore Shot Dead By D. C. Cantwell

various sources, learns of the killing of James
Moore by D. C. Cantwell, of the Black Range

Cattle Company, a few miles distant from Fair-
view, in Socorro county. The causes which led to the shooting, it is

Black Range Cattle Company vs. Cantwell, in
which the latter was worsted. Again it is urged

Company. Whatever the causes may have been

creek, near the scene of the tragedy, on being
