In the afternoon the case of the territory
vs. Dick Huber and Albert Mayfield was called
for trial. Huber concluded it would.be better
for him to plead guilty, which he did. He will
receive his sentence tomorrow. Albert Mayfield
stood his trial. A jury was empaneled. Huber
came to his rescue and tried to swear him out of
the attempted robbery. Mayfield denied having
