In the district court for the third judicial
district of New Mexico, in and for the County
of Grant, August term, A. D. 1890.
To the Hon. John R. McFie, associate jus-
tice of the supreme court of the territory of
New Mexiso, and presiding judge of the third
judicial district:
In accordance with the charge and instruc-
tions of your Honor, we have made investiga-
tion of all matters brought before us, which it
was possible in the limited time allowed for the
session of the grand jury, for us to consider,
and where the facts justified the same, have
found indictments.
