Slough, a brother of Dr. W. M. Slough, of this city. John Slough and also his first wife, is well known here, having been here on several occa- sions visiting. They were divorced some two years ago, after which Mr. Slough courted and married a charming young lady in Cincinnati, the daughter of Charles W. White, a prominent lawyer. Slough lived in Chicago but trouble arising between them, the wife came back to her father and was followed by her husband.
