Arthur Goodell, Grant County cattleman
In 1891, Goodell and Clark brought 160 head of steers to Silver City and delivered them to buyer Nathan Hall, who shipped the cattle east [2]. That same year, Goodell was thrown from a bucking horse and dislocated his shoulder; Doctor Stephens reset the joint, and after a few days in a sling the injury healed [1][3]. Goodell also appears associated with a ranch run by Cobb & Goodell, which was burglarized around 1889 [4].
