Isaac Siggins
Siggins endured destruction among his cattle and horse herds in the Mogollon Mountains [4]. To combat this, he offered Thomas Halloway a bounty of $5 per grown bear and $2.50 per cub scalp killed in his grazing territory [4]. Halloway and his partner Robert Winkler killed three bears, and Siggins paid the promised $16 bounty [1][3][5]. In April 1891, Siggins was on the road with 220 head of cattle, which he sold to Nathan Hall [2].
