W. N. Fowler
Fowler killed Anastacio Padilla on the Mimbres in August 1891 [1][2]. Padilla was working for Fowler in a field when Fowler struck him with an ax [2]. Several officers had been sent out to arrest Fowler, but as of the report he had not yet been taken into custody [1][2].
