The Liturgy of the Hours (Divine Office): The daily cycle of psalms, prayers, and readings prayed at set times, forming the backbone of monastic and clerical life.
The Jesus Prayer (Hesychasm): The continual repetition of “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner,” especially in Eastern Christian spirituality.
