It seems that Mrs. Munger desired to rent
some rooms, and was shown several by Mr.
Sheridan. The last room shown her was di-
rectly in the rear of Dr. Stephens’ office. Mrs.
Munger claims that Sheridan insulted her. Soon
after this she called Mr. Sheridan out of Hand
& Beall’s office and attempted to whip him
