What you will learn

Begin by having a useful conversation, protecting personal information, and recognizing when a confident answer needs checking. Practice giving directions, inspecting sources, and improving a result.

Then use those foundations in a field you care about. Later lessons introduce data analysis, programming, automation, retrieval, model adaptation, evaluation, and operation. Advanced work includes good research and judgment as well as code.

Learn by making something

Each stage gives you a task to attempt and a way to inspect your result. Keep the original inputs, the assistance you used, your revisions, and what you verified. When a lesson concerns learning, try a fresh task to show what you can now do yourself.

Many exercises use supplied fictional material and do not require a paid tool. Technical lessons identify their dependencies and distinguish local tests from live integrations or proposed experiments.

Keep your judgment in the process

AI can help explain, organize, draft, calculate through tools, and suggest alternatives. You remain responsible for deciding whether the result fits the task and whether the evidence supports it.
